I have tried to order lights from other websites and have not been pleased with the customer service as goods have been stuck in other countries, wrong labels have been put on, and other excuses given as to why I didn't receive orders. I am pleased to have found a company that actually delivers and does what it says it will do, i.e. sell and deliver good lights! The product was a good price and came well packaged. I don’t often leave reviews but I had to for this company. When I first ordered my light it arrived as said it was extremely well packaged and I was kept up to date throughout. The customer service was amazing and everyone I spoke to was so friendly and the products they sell are just such good quality! We won’t be buying light fittings anywhere else!
