Our Order processing time takes around 24-48 hours before its shipped out.

We can’t control delays caused by the current pandemic or the postal service. If the maximum number of business days has passed and your package is missing, please reach out to us, and we will assist you the best way we can!

Please note that deliveries are an estimation and that it may take longer than this depending on where you live or if it's a busy time of the year- especially during COVID

We are glad to bring our customers great value and service. That’s why we provide free shipping from our warehouses in Asia by EMS and in the USA by USPS.

SHIPPING TO OVER 200 COUNTRIES

We are proud to offer international shipping services. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be from one of those countries we will contact you.

LOST/MISSING PACKAGES

NYRA are not liable if the incorrect address is placed during the checkout process. Please make sure that your billing and shipping address is correct before processing your order. If we have made an error we will fully take responsibility of the original order that was made for you at no charge.

    SERVICE TRANSIT TIME is provided by the carrier and excludes weekends and holidays. Transit times may vary, particularly during the holiday season.

    I placed an order but I didn't receive a confirmation email, what's going on?

    Please check your SPAM folder to see if your confirmation email was sent there.

    If you have not received your shipment within 15 days from payment, please contact us. We will track the shipment and get back to you as soon as possible with a reply. Our goal is customer satisfaction!

    Due to stock status and time differences, we will choose to ship your item from our first available warehouse for fast delivery.

    TRACKING INFORMATION

    You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order is shipped but sometimes due to free shipping tracking is not available.

    MY TRACKING SAYS “NO INFORMATION AVAILABLE AT THE MOMENT”.

    For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.

    WILL MY ITEMS BE SENT IN ONE PACKAGE?

    For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you’ve specified combined shipping.

    I HAVE ONLY RECIEVED ONE ITEM WHEN I ORDERED TWO:

    Since every order is custom made and we have a large assortment of products that are not all stocked in house, when you order multiple items at a time, they may be shipped separately from our different warehouses. You may receive one item before the next. So don't panic if you don't receive all of your items at once…they are on the way. This enables us to have a completely FREE shipping option available for you.

    I NEED TO CANCEL MY ORDER:

    Unfortunately, we’re unable to make any changes to your order once you’ve hit the ‘place order’ button.

    There is a 15-minute window where you can cancel your order by emailing info@nyralondon.com

    After 15-minutes, it is too late to cancel the order and you’ll need to follow our returns process.

    I RECIEVED A BROKEN/DAMAGED ITEM

    We always put our customers first, if you receive a broken item due to delivery please email us for a FULL REFUND
